Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

For camp cancellations, please contact the MIMA Office directly.

Due to the resort’s room reservation policy, cancellations will be subject to refund deductions as outlined below. Please read carefully.

After the registration deadline and up to 3 weeks before the camp starts | 70% refund (30% cancellation fee) |
Up to 2 weeks before the camp starts | 50% refund (50% cancellation fee) |

No refunds will be issued after the camp begins due to the full payment of accommodation costs.

Refunds will be processed sequentially from Monday, October 13, 2025, based on regular bank business days after the camp ends.
